ZARA’s in-store return policy allows for you to exchange or return items within 30 days. You must return the items in “perfect” condition. This means that they should be in pristine and unopened condition.

To receive a full reimbursement, you must bring the unopened item along with your receipt.

How To Return ZARA Items Online for Free?

ZARA offers free shipping returns for online orders up to 30 days after the original shipping date. Online orders can be returned to ZARA stores for free.

Here’s how to return ZARA merchandise online for free.

  • To begin, log onto ZARA and search for your order. Then select the item you wish to exchange or return.
  • Click on the returns tab, and choose the option to return your original product for free.
  • Return the original items purchased within 14 days after requesting a return or exchange.
  • If you don’t send the items back within 14 days of receiving your request, you will be charged shipping on the same payment method you used to purchase the item, such as a PayPal credit card or smart chip credit card.

To ensure the return package doesn’t become lost during shipping, make sure it is well sealed.

Can I Return ZARA Products Purchased In-Store Online?

ZARA cannot accept returns for items purchased online. You can, however, return an item online if you log into your ZARA account via either the ZARA website or app. Complete a Return Request Form. Once you have completed the form, please send the package “properly sealed” back to us so it doesn’t get lost during transit.

What Items ZARA won’t Return?

ZARA cannot accept returns on certain items. These include hygiene and customization.

ZARA will cover the cost of your online return shipping if you begin the process within 30 days. Then, you need to send back the items within 14 days of your request; otherwise, they’ll charge you for the return shipping. ZARA allows customers to shop online with confidence knowing that they get free shipping.

Online purchases cannot be returned. You cannot return a purchase made in a retail store.

Refunds on Items Purchased with ZARA Gift Cards

Items originally purchased with a ZARA gift card will be refunded to a gift card.

You will receive a virtual gift certificate, confirmation email of refund and balance when you shop online with ZARA gift cards. As an alternative to a gift card, ZARA will give a credit voucher if you lose the original gift card and make a return in-store.

Does ZARA provide price adjustment?
