ZARA has a loyal customer base that believes it is a reliable brand offering outstanding customer service to a wide range of customers. During the holidays, ZARA’s sales routinely skyrocketed as customers shop for new clothes for their family and loved ones, which results in happiness.

Sometimes, however, you may be disappointed or need to return a product.

So, does ZARA have a return policy?

Short answer:ZARA offers a generous return policy, which includes exchanges, online orders, and items on sale.

Before purchasing anything from ZARA, customers need to be familiar with the return policy. People don’t want to get stuck with makeup, jacket, totes, perfume, or discount shoes if you’re not happy with them.

What is the ZARA Return Policy?

ZARA offers a 30-day return and exchange policy. An item cannot be exchanged or returned outside of the country or regions where it was originally purchased. ZARA can take up to 14 days to process an online return.

In-Store

The ZARA in-store return policy allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days. You must return the items in “perfect” condition. This means that they should be in pristine and unopened condition.

To receive a full reimbursement, you must bring the item unopened to the store with your receipt.

ZARA Accepts Returns Without a Label?

The ZARA won’t accept returns if the original tag is not attached to the item. In-store returns require that you return the original packaging and tags. However, you can take the tags off the item and open the packaging.

You must also bring your receipt to receive a full reimbursement in the same payment method as when you purchased it. If you purchased your items in cash at ZARA, they will reimburse you in cash. ZARA accepts PayPal. Apple Pay, major credit card, ZARA gift cards, and PayPal.

ZARA’s online return policy is simple, provided that the items are sealed properly to prevent them from getting lost.

ZARA also offers exchange policies for items that are “in-season”. You can exchange only for an item of a different colour or size.

ZARA’s return policy does not allow for a full refund beyond 30 days. ZARA will issue a merchandise credit that can be used in ZARA retail stores, provided you have the original receipt. You must also have the original receipt.

How to Return ZARA Items In-Store?

To exchange or return ZARA products in-store, you must have the original receipt. You will receive a full refund in same form as payment. So, for example, if you paid with PayPal for your stuff at a ZARA store, they will refund your PayPal account.

You can only exchange or return the item within the same country or region that you purchased within 30 calendar days.

You can also return in-season and sale items to the store with your original receipt and unused tags within 30 day. You can swap for a larger or different color using the exchange policy.

Return ZARA Products Online for Free!

ZARA offers free shipping returns for online orders within 30 calendar days of original shipping confirmation. You can also return online purchases to ZARA locations for free.

These are the steps you need to take in order to return ZARA products online for free.

  • First, log on to the ZARA website to find your order and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
  • Click on the returns tab, and choose the option to return your original product for free.
  • Refund the original item purchased within 14 calendar days of asking for a return/exchange.
  • If you do NOT return the item within 14 days of your request, the shipping charge will be charged to the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

You must seal the return package properly so that no items are lost in shipping.

Can I Return ZARA Products Purchased In-Store Online?

You cannot return ZARA products purchased in-store or online. You can, however, return an item online if you log into your ZARA Account via the ZARA App or Website. Then fill out a Return Request Form and send the package back “properly sealed” so that it won’t be lost in transit.

What Items ZARA won’t Return?

ZARA can’t accept items that aren’t suitable for your needs, such as hygiene or customization.

Here are the things the ZARA return policy won’t take back in-store and online:

  • The underwear cannot be exchanged or returned except for tops or bodysuits.
  • Cosmetics Accessories, Fragrances and Cosmetics Must be returned to us in “perfect” order and in the original packaging.
  • Swimwear Must still have hygiene stickers.
  • Customizable Items – Not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

Does ZARA Online and in-store returns require original packaging?

ZARA does NOT require original packaging for in-store and online returns. However, gifts can be opened at holidays, so the tags must be removed.

Online returns can be made by simply returning items as “properly sealed.” In-store returns require the original packaging and tags. If the packaging is intact, you can open it and take out the tags.

Who Pays for ZARA Return Shipping?

ZARA will reimburse you for the shipping cost of returning your items online if you initiate the process within 30 calendar days of purchase. Then, you need to send back the items within 14 days of your request; otherwise, they’ll charge you for the return shipping. Customers can shop online at ZARA without any risk if they know that shipping is free.

You cannot return online items purchased at ZARA stores. A store purchase can only be returned to another retail store.

Refunds on Items Purchased with ZARA Gift Cards

Items originally purchased with a ZARA gift card will be refunded to a gift card.

Online purchases with ZARA gift cards will result in a virtual gift card and an email confirmation of the refund. The card’s balance will also be available. ZARA will also give you a credit card as an alternative to gift cards if the gift card is lost or damaged.

Does ZARA provide price adjustment?

No, ZARA does not offer price adjustments in stores or online. ZARA prices do not match those of other retailers such UNIQLO Reformation and HM.

Is ZARA Price Matching?

ZARA does no price match or price adjust products that are less than the original price. However, all items on ZARA online and the retail stores have the same prices. You will see the price reduction at checkout even though the tag may say otherwise. So you’ll always receive the lowest price available.
